Making things by hand is so personal and special, and nothing makes me happier than to be able to create things that might give someone else happiness too.

However, I have a rare, chronic neurological condition that gives me daily migraine attacks (vestibular migraine, migraine with aura, and mild hemiplegic migraine - read more here). It's been pretty disabling, but I'm always learning new ways to adapt.

So what does that mean for you? Well... I might take more time to answer an email or DM and I need extra time to ship orders. Sometimes after a bad attack, I need long breaks from work to recuperate.

I appreciate the love and understanding from everyone that places an order with me. Thank you!

  • The shop is restocked semi-often. Check Instagram or your email for restock notifications. If you do not see a bear/friend in the size and/or color that you want, feel free to send a message and I can try to make what you want in the next batch.

  • Great question - and… both! All! Everyone! Well, for the most part.

    I consider my work to be “soft sculpture,” which means that there is no specified age range intended. Most of the people who collect my work are adults buying for themselves.

    If a soft friend has any restrictions, I make sure I send an information card that outlines what you need to know (ex. not for children under 5).

  • Ready to ship: 7-10 business days
    Made to order: 2-3 weeks after ordering
    BUT - check the item listing for approximate wait times to be sure.

    Sometimes, there are delays. I try to keep you informed if this is the case. Patience is needed and appreciated!

  • I usually have seven different sizes: itty (1”), tiny (2”or 3” for bunnies), baby (4”), mini (6”), long (8”), tall (13”), and mega (23”).

    Sometimes I make other sizes, but most of the time I stick with the ones above.

  • USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail. Once shipped, your order should arrive to you within 3-5 business days. International orders may take from 1-4 weeks to arrive.

  • Yes, I ship all over the world! There may occasionally be countries I’m not able to ship to due to restrictions - so contact me before you order if you’re not sure.

    As of Dec 2024 I can no longer ship to the EU, including Northern Ireland.

  • Wipe it with a damp cloth, air dry. If necessary, you can machine wash it on delicate and air dry. The cotton bags that come with the smaller bears are perfect for a trip into the washing machine!

    Mega bears do fine on a delicate cycle with some other clothes, or he can be tied up into a large garment bag or pillowcase for washing.
