Returns are made on a case-by-base basis, and only if there is an actual defect with your bear or you have been sent the wrong item.
All bears are hand made, meaning that there will be variations in their appearance. This is what makes each bear one of a kind, and is not considered a flaw.
Refunds will not be given on shipping charges for multiple orders, and all open orders will be combined and shipped together.
Changes cannot be made to orders. If you want to change something, your order will be refunded and you can place a new order.
Please read the description of the items you purchase carefully. For example, tiny bears are not for children under 5 years old, and itty bears are not intended for children at all (both bears could be considered a choking hazard due to their small size). Some other animals have a small parts warning on them as well, for pieces that may come off.
International customers: if you should incur any fees, taxes, or duties for receiving your order, you alone are liable to pay them. We cannot pay these fees. We will not lie about the contents of your package or the amounts on the label.
Once an item has been accepted by the USPS, it is no longer our responsibility. If your package should get lost or damaged, we cannot send more bears in replacement. If you would like to protect your purchase, you can contact us within 48 hours of your order being placed (or add a note during checkout) to add shipping insurance for an additional fee. You will be invoiced for this fee. Claims for damaged or lost items will be made through USPS, not Commonfolke.
